Information Management Advisor

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), including SharePoint.
Design, implement, and maintain document management workflows using Microsoft 365 Power Automate.
Ensure system configurations are thoroughly tested, effective, efficient, and scalable to support organisational growth.
Coordinate and maintain the Information Management Audit Schedule, conduct assigned audits, and record findings and actions.
Enforce document control processes governing the creation, review, approval, modification, distribution, and accessibility of internal and external documents.
Provide quality assurance and compliance oversight to ensure documents and records meet site licence requirements, statutory regulations, company standards, local directives, procedures, and safety requirements.
Manage user access permissions within the EDMS and deliver training to internal and external personnel to ensure user competency.
Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for document management systems and processes.
Deliver assigned work scopes effectively, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve problems as they arise.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's Information Management Strategy to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Experience administering Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), preferably SharePoint.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Power Automate workflow development.
Understanding of document control, records management, and information governance principles.
Experience conducting audits and managing compliance-related activities.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
