We’re partnering with a leading renewable energy company to recruit an experienced O&M Manager to oversee their growing portfolio of wind, solar and BESS assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead asset O&M strategy, budgets and performance across the portfolio

  • Manage O&M contractors, tenders, contracts and commercial negotiations

  • Build and lead O&M teams (HQ and site), including potential in-house O&M setup

  • Oversee transition from construction to operations and ongoing asset optimisation

  • Drive technical performance using SCADA, analytics, KPIs and predictive maintenance

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, PPAs, insurance claims and compliance

  • Lead energy forecasting to support performance, maintenance and revenue optimisation

  • Support investment teams with OPEX assumptions and financial model inputs

Ideal profile:

  • Strong background in renewable O&M / asset management (solar, wind, hybrid, BESS)

  • Proven experience managing contractors, portfolios and technical performance

  • Commercially astute with solid stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs, forecasting and SCADA systems

  • Leadership experience building and scaling teams
