Technical Asset Manager

We’re working with a growing Independent Power Producer focused primarily on solar, with an expanding operational portfolio across the UK. They’re looking to hire a Technical Asset Manager to support assets transitioning from construction into operations and to help optimise performance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical asset management of the operational and near-operational solar portfolio

  • Supporting project handovers from construction to operations

  • Interfacing with OEMs, landowners and other key stakeholders

  • Monitoring asset performance and supporting optimisation initiatives

  • Assisting with reporting and operational reviews

  • Supporting the wider Operations & Asset Management function as the portfolio scales

About You

  • Around up to 5 years’ experience in renewables or energy (solar preferred)

  • Background in technical asset management, operations, engineering or performance analysis

  • Strong interest in digital tools, data, AI or analytics applied to asset performance

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and keen to grow within a scaling IPP environment
